§ 70.045  HUMAN AND ANIMAL PROPULSION AND DEVICES AND THE LIKE.
   Every person being propelled by any human propulsion device or riding an animal upon a roadway and every person driving any animal-drawn vehicle, shall be subject to the provisions of this subchapter applicable to the driver of any motor vehicle, except those provisions which, by their very nature, can have no application.
