§ 155.45 PERMIT REQUIRED; APPLICATION.
   (A)   No street graphic, other than those identified in § 155.09 may be displayed unless application to display the street graphic is made to the Building Commissioner and he has by permit authorized the display of the street graphic. The Building Commissioner will determine the manner in which application to display a street graphic is made. He may require that the application be accompanied by a site plan, drawings, or other suitable illustrations sufficient to indicate the character of the graphic and of the surroundings in which it is to be displayed. He may attach to his approval certain conditions, considering the character of the street graphic and the impact the graphic will make on the surroundings in which it is to be displayed.
   (B)   Each location for which a permit for a street graphic has been issued under the terms of this chapter shall be subject to an annual reinspection by the Building Commissioner or his designee.
