§ 155.11 PLACING ADVERTISING MATTER IN OR ON MOTOR VEHICLES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, whether a licensed bill poster or not, to distribute handbills, circulars, dodgers, pamphlets, cards, pictures, or any advertising matter of any kind whatsoever, by placing the same in or upon any motor vehicles standing or parked in the public streets of the village.
