§ 111.50 MISREPRESENTATION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, dispense, pour, or mix any alcoholic beverage which is represented to be of a certain quantity or kind, a given brand name or to be of certain ingredients when it is in fact different from such representation.
