Any person, group of persons, partnership, firm, or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues; and in addition thereto, the Local Liquor Control Commissioner shall have the power to revoke, nonrenew, or suspend licenses granted under this chapter pursuant to its provisions.
