Unless specifically authorized by the laws of the state, the U.S. government, or by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner, no alcoholic liquor shall be sold on, consumed on, or delivered to or on any building or property belonging to or under the control of the U.S. government, the state, or any of its political subdivisions, including but not limited to buildings, lots, or parcels of real estate, public streets, rights-of- way, and easements.
