(A) It shall be unlawful for any parent or legal guardian of any person under the age of 21 years to allow such person to purchase, receive, consume, or possess alcoholic liquor in violation of this chapter upon either public or private property within the village.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any owner or occupant of any premises located within the village to allow any person under the age of 21 years to remain on such premises while in possession of alcoholic liquor or while consuming alcoholic liquor in violation of this chapter.
