§ 111.29 POSTING LICENSE AND WARNING.
   (A)   Every licensee shall cause his license or licenses to be framed and hung in plain view in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.
   (B)   In every place in the village where alcoholic liquor is sold, there shall be displayed at all times in a prominent place a printed warning which shall read substantially as follows:
      "WARNING - You are subject to a fine up to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) under the ordinances of the Village of Orland Hills if you purchase alcoholic liquor when under the age of 21 years, or misrepresent your age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor."
