§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation permitting and maintaining a nuisance as set forth in §§ 95.01 and 95.02, in addition to any other remedy or penalty herein set forth, shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each and every day during or on which a violation occurs or is permitted to continue.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 95.15 through 95.18 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which such nuisance continues after ten days from receipt of notice.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any or all of the provisions of § 95.04 shall be fined not less than $25 no more than $100 for each offense, each day or portion of a day thereof shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense in the event such violation continues.

   (D)   (1)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any or all of the provisions of § 95.05 shall be served by the Village Chief of Police or Building Commissioner or their village employee designee with a written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing ten days for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offenders shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
      (2)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 95.05 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $25 no more than $100 for each offense, each day or portion of a day thereof shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense in the event such violation continues.
