(A) The deliberate or unintentional disposal of grass clippings, brush, fill, trash, debris, obstructions, unwanted materials or pollutants into the storm sewers or within detention basins or along banks of man-made or natural water courses or in adjacent floodplain areas which may wash into channels, streams, storm sewers or detention basins is unlawful.
(B) Power and authority of inspectors. The Chief of Police or Building Commissioner or their designee employee of the village shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purpose of inspection, observation and measurement, in accordance with the provisions of this section.
