§ 93.15 MATERIALS EXCAVATED FROM CONSTRUCTION SITE.

Material excavated from a construction site may remain on that construction site, notwithstanding the provisions of § 93.25, providing that construction work is continuing. If construction work is halted for 30 days or more, the excavated debris must be leveled or removed in accordance with § 93.25.
