§ 72.01 OPERATING VEHICLE ON STREETS WHERE WEIGHT OF LOAD IS LIMITED.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle whose maximum gross weight including the load exceeds 10,000 pounds on any residential streets in the village. The Building Commissioner shall post signs giving notice of the limited load streets on the appropriate streets as directed by the Public Works Committee.
      (2)   Vehicles in excess of said weight limits may travel on said streets when such vehicle is making a local delivery, and then such vehicle shall enter said street at the intersection nearest the destination and proceeding thereon no further than the nearest intersection thereafter.
   (B)   (1)   Streets and/or highways designated as Class II designated streets by the State can be of such weight as provided in ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 15-111.
      (2)   Class II designated streets:
         (a)   159th Street; and
         (b)   LaGrange Road.
