(A) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any or all of the provisions of § 159.013 for which another penalty has not been provided shall be fined not less than $50 no more than $500 for each offense. Each day or portion of a day thereof shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense in the event such violation continues.
