(A) In any R-1, R-2, or R-3 District, where an accessory garage has a driveway entrance from the front of the lot only, the garage shall be located at least three feet from all lot lines provided there is no encroachment into any easement.
(B) In any R-4, R-5, or R-6 District where an alley is provided and a garage opens onto the alley, the garage shall be located at least three feet from the rear lot line, provided there is no encroachment into any easement.
