ACCESSORY BUILDINGS
Where an accessory building is structurally attached to a main building, it shall be subject to and must conform to all regulations of this chapter applicable to the main building.

(A) Tool sheds, which shall be limited to a maximum height of ten feet and a maximum floor area of 120 square feet, with no side exceeding 15 feet in length, shall not be located in any front yard. Tool sheds may be located no nearer than 2½ feet from the rear or side lot lines, but may be located any distance from the principal buildings; providing that ample light and air to the principal building's windows are not restricted, and there is no common wall with the main structure. All other detached accessory buildings in residential districts shall not be located nearer than ten feet from the principal residential structure.
(B) No accessory building shall be located on a reversed corner lot beyond the front yard required on the adjacent lot to the rear, nor be nearer than six feet to the side lot line of the adjacent lot.

An accessory building shall not be erected prior to the establishment or construction of the main building to which it is accessory.

(A) In any R-1, R-2, or R-3 District, where an accessory garage has a driveway entrance from the front of the lot only, the garage shall be located at least three feet from all lot lines provided there is no encroachment into any easement.
(B) In any R-4, R-5, or R-6 District where an alley is provided and a garage opens onto the alley, the garage shall be located at least three feet from the rear lot line, provided there is no encroachment into any easement.

DRIVEWAYS AND OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING FACILITIES
The purpose of this section of the zoning code is to alleviate or prevent congestion of the public streets, and so promote the safety and welfare of the public by establishing minimum requirements for the off-street parking and loading and unloading of motor vehicles in accordance with the use to which property is put.
