(A) Tool sheds, which shall be limited to a maximum height of ten feet and a maximum floor area of 120 square feet, with no side exceeding 15 feet in length, shall not be located in any front yard. Tool sheds may be located no nearer than 2½ feet from the rear or side lot lines, but may be located any distance from the principal buildings; providing that ample light and air to the principal building's windows are not restricted, and there is no common wall with the main structure. All other detached accessory buildings in residential districts shall not be located nearer than ten feet from the principal residential structure.
(B) No accessory building shall be located on a reversed corner lot beyond the front yard required on the adjacent lot to the rear, nor be nearer than six feet to the side lot line of the adjacent lot.
