155.03 MEMBERSHIP OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD.

The Parks and Recreation Board shall consist of seven members, residents of the City who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the concurrence of Council for terms of three years each which shall next expire as follows: two terms ending December 31, l990, three terms ending December 31, 1991 and two terms ending December 31, 1992.
