EDITOR'S NOTE: By Resolution 192-1989, passed October 23, 1989, Council authorized the Mayor and Clerk-Auditor to enter into a contract of merger with the City of Toledo, City of Maumee and City of Sylvania Health Districts to form the Lucas County General Health District, pursuant to the authority contained in Ohio R.C. 3709.07.
