1529.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates Sections 1529.04, 1529.06, 1529.07 and 1529.08(d)(5) knowingly or recklessly is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
 
   (b)    Whoever violates Section 1529.10 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
 
   (c)    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter except as specified in subsections (a) and (b) hereof is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
