1529.13 FEDERAL EXEMPTION FROM COVERAGE.

   (a)    Employers subject to the Federal hazard communication standard Part 1910.1200 of Chapter 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter provided that employers continue to satisfy requirements set forth in Sections 1529.07 and 1529.06(a).

   (b)   Employers not covered by the above-referenced Federal hazard communication standard who through a qualified third party approved by the Fire Chief, certify to the City that they are in compliance therewith are exempt from the provisions of this chapter provided that employers continue to satisfy requirements set forth in Sections 1529.07 and 1529.06(a)
