1337.99 PENALTY.

Whoever fails to comply with any provision of this chapter, except those signs described in Section 1337.04(b), shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each sign, advertisement or poster placed, and each day that any sign remains in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 044-2008. Passed 3-10-08.)
