518.03 LICENSE NOT TRANSFERRABLE.
   A license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall not be transferred from one person to another person.

518.04 DISTANCE FROM SCHOOL.
   No mechanical amusement device shall be displayed at a place which is within 1,000 feet from any premises occupied by any school building.

518.05 GIVING OF PRIZES; AWARDS
   No person by himself, another person or otherwise directly or indirectly, shall give any prize, award, merchandise, gift or anything of value to any player or to any operator of any mechanical amusement device, or to any contestant for a high score on any such device.

518.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each and every day during which the violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. In addition to the aforesaid penalty, the Chief of Police is authorized to revoke the license or licenses held by any person who has been convicted for a violation of this chapter.
