Whoever violates any provision of this chapter other than a second offense in Section 507.21 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whoever violates the provisions in Section 507.21 on the second offense is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
