§ 154.141 DETENTION STORAGE REQUIREMENT.

The design maximum storage to be provided in a detention basin shall be based on the run-off from a 100-year storm detention storage shall be computed using the Modified Rational Method, as outlined in Ch. 12 of the state’s Division of Highway Standards Drainage Manual.
