§ 154.097 MODIFICATIONS FOR UNSUITABLE SITES.
   (A)   The village also reserves the right to deny platting or require modifications such as increases in lot size, setback, street locations or the dedication of open space easements or screening for land areas located adjacent to facilities or activities which might effect the public health, safety or general welfare for adjacent residential lots.
   (B)   The following list, which is by no means inclusive, represent some conditions which might require such action by the village:
      (1)   Areas adjacent to heavy industry or rail facilities; and (This might require separation by easement, increased setback from streets or screening.)
      (2)   Lots along major highways. (This might require additional setbacks or may require frontage roads.)
