(A) The preliminary and final plats for special subdivisions shall be prepared similar to the major subdivision plat and shall include the additional information shown in division (B) below.

(B) The preliminary and final plat for a special subdivision shall be prepared similar to the major subdivision plat, except the following additional information shall be shown on the plat:
(1) Location and scaled size of all non-single family dwellings; (Mobile homes shall also be shown.)
(2) The breakdown as to building unit size and over-all density of development (net amount per acre);
(3) All existing and proposed permanent open space and location of all parking areas; and
(4) Location of all lots for non-residential uses and their parking.
