§ 154.043 CORPORATE AUTHORITY.

(A) The CORPORATE AUTHORITY is the Village Board. It shall be the authorized body for approving, conditionally approving or denying a subdivision plat.

(B) The corporate authority shall also have the right to adopt or reject any proposed amendments to this chapter which the Plan Commission might submit to it.
