§ 152.086 PERMIT; APPLICATION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to install any culvert or replace any culvert without first obtaining a permit from the Village Clerk.

   (B)   Any person desiring a permit to install or replace any culvert shall file an application therefor with the Village Clerk upon a form to be provided for that purpose.
