§ 152.034 SIDEWALKS.

If any sidewalk is blocked by any such work, a temporary sidewalk shall be constructed or provided, which shall be safe for travel and convenient for users. The temporary sidewalk is subject to inspection by the Street Superintendent and shall not be open for use until approved by him or her.
