§ 152.001 DEPARTMENT AND COMMITTEE.
   (A)   Department. There is hereby established a Department of the municipal government which shall be known as the “Street Department”.

   (B)   Committee.
      (1)   The Village Board Standing Committee on Streets shall exercise a general supervision over the affairs of the Street Department.
      (2)   It shall ascertain the needs and conditions thereof and shall, from time to time, report the same to the Mayor and Village Board.
