§ 110.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person or entity violating §§ 110.01 through 110.06 of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties at set forth in § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.
