§ 110.06 REMOVAL AND TAMPERING.
   Removal of any key by any person, other than Fire Department or Police Department personnel who are acting in the course of their official Fire or Police Department duties, shall be a violation of this subchapter. Tampering with or causing damage to any key lockbox on any building by any person, other than Fire Department or Police Department personnel who are acting in the course of their official Fire or Police Department duties, shall be a violation of this subchapter.
