1375.08 TREE SURVEY AND PRESERVATION PLANS.
   (a)   The tree survey and preservation plan shall be in the form of a to-scale map or a site plan prepared and sealed by a registered land surveyor, landscape architect or qualified professional engineer, noting the location of all trees of the minimum caliper described in Section 1375.02 or greater within the area to be modified from its natural state and twenty-five feet (25') beyond in each direction or to the property line, whichever is less. This tree survey and preservation plan shall be drawn at the same scale as the development site plan and contain comprehensive detail as required under Section 1375.06. This tree survey and preservation plan shall also identify all species and categories of trees shown.
   (b)   Areas of stands of trees can be outlined giving number, species, caliper, and category of trees.
   (c)   At the discretion of the Administrator, a recent aerial photograph may relieve the applicant of the requirement of submitting a complete tree survey and preservation plan if number, caliper, species and category of trees are listed or indicated and the amount of grading required to develop the site is minimal. Prior to exercise of such discretion, the Administrator shall require the submission of items required under Section 1375.06(a), (4), (5), (6) and (7) and Section 1375.06(b) for review and approval.
