(a) When a person applies for site development plan approval, such person shall submit the following as items for tree approval:
(1) A complete tree survey and preservation plan as described in Section 1375.08.
(2) A complete tree removal plan denoting trees to be removed with an (x);
(3) A complete tree tally sheet and associated calculations:
(4) Tree replanting schedule and plan if required;
(5) A brief written narrative of proposed plans for tree protection and replacement;
(6) The proposed development, including but not limited to building, parking area, topography, finish grading, sidewalks, utilities, water retention area and the like shall be dotted-in and labeled on the tree survey and preservation plan; and
(7) A fence around the tree drip line, if required.
(b) Items provided pursuant to subsections (a)(1) through (a)(6) of this section shall either be on one drawing or on a series of drawings consecutively numbered, except that proposed site grading and topography shall be shown on the same drawing as the tree survey and preservation plan.
(c) Minor additions, which affect tree preservation, require only a sketch showing changes to be submitted to the Administrator for review and approval by the Administrator and the Village Engineer.
