(A) Except as otherwise provided herein, violations of this chapter shall result in a fine not less than $15 per day and not more than $50 per day, and said fine shall be payable for each succeeding day of violation.

(B) If, after being served with a notice of violation set forth in § 150.03(E), any property owner fails to comply with the provisions of § 150.03, said property owner shall pay a fine of $25 per day for violating § 150.03. Each day the property owner remains in violation shall constitute a separate offense punishable by a fine of $25 for each day the violation continues. Said aggregate fine shall not exceed $500.
