(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 90.01 through 90.04 shall, upon conviction before any court of competent jurisdiction, be fined in any sum not less than $1 nor more than $50 for a first offense, and upon conviction for a second or subsequent offense, such persons shall be fined for the violations of not less than $5 nor more than $200.
