(A) No vehicle shall be repaired upon any street or alley of said town, except that minor repairs may be made on said car as not to take five minutes of time, and then only in an emergency.
(B) No vehicle shall be parked on the streets of the town for the purpose of sale, trade, exchange, or storage. The word STORAGE is defined to mean parking of secondhand cars for the purpose of display for sale or matter of convenience to garage owners or secondhand dealers.
