Whoever violates any regulation contained in Section 955.01 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and upon a second or subsequent conviction within one year of the first, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree unless another Municipal Ordinance would control then a violation of that regulation shall be charged under that separate Ordinance. In addition, any motor vehicle, commercial tractor, trailer, semi-trailer, or recreational vehicle found in the park in violation of these regulations shall be subject to towing and impoundment at the owner's expense and shall not be released until such charges are paid. Towing or impoundment shall not preclude the issuance of a citation for the violation.
