1321.06 AMENDMENTS; OTHER LAWS.

(a) Amendments to these provisions may be initiated by any approving governmental body and shall be considered in full force and effect when approved according to Section 1321.01.

(b) All applicable statutes of the State are included in these provisions and made a part hereof.
