1472.04 NOTICE OF ORDER OF BUILDING, HOUSING AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.
   The order of the Building, Housing and Zoning Administrator shall be immediately mailed to the owner, lessee of record, mortgagee and all other persons having an interest in such building as shown by the land records of the County Recorder, by certified mail, return receipt requested. In the event that the return of such mailed order indicates that it was not received, the Administrator shall cause the order to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the community, once each week for two consecutive weeks. Such order shall state that in the event of repairs to be made, a copy list of such repairs may be obtained from the Administrator.
