1472.03 DUTIES OF BUILDING, HOUSING AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.
   (a)   The Building, Housing and Zoning Administrator shall inspect or cause to be inspected any building or structure which he has reason to believe is existing in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, other provisions of this Building Code, the Fire Prevention Code or any other ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation of the City.
   (b)   In the event that the Administrator finds that any building or structure is a dangerous building and that it is in such condition to make it dangerous to the health, morals, safety or general welfare of the occupants, he shall order it to be vacated.
   (c)   In the event that the Administrator finds that any building or structure is a dangerous building and that it can be reasonably repaired so that it will no longer exist in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, he shall order it to be repaired.
   (d)   In the event that the Administrator finds that any building or structure is a dangerous building, and that such building cannot be repaired so that it will no longer exist in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, he shall order it to be demolished.
   (e)   If, in the opinion of the Administrator, after giving the order provided in subsection (c) hereof, the present condition of the premises and the type of repairs to be made are not such as to necessitate the immediate vacation of the building or structure, he may permit the building or structure to be occupied during the period of repair.
