Ordinances 67-2000 passed July 25, 2000, 84-2000, passed October 10, 2000, and 104-2000, passed December 27, 2000, authorize establishment and implementation of an electricity aggregation policy pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4928.30 and the approval of the electorate. The City is authorized to join the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council and the Plan of Operation and Governance of such Council is adopted.
There are no sections in Chapter 1048. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
