1040.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 1040.01 shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 1040.02 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
