(a) A person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business without a valid license or in violation of Section 860.22 is subject to a suit for injunction as wel1 as prosecution for criminal violations. Each day a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business so operates is a separate offense or violation.
(b) The owner of a location who knowingly permits the operation of a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business without a license is in violation of this chapter and subject to prosecution under Section 860.99 of this Chapter.
