(a) No person shall refuse to permit any law enforcement officer as defined by Ohio Revised Code 2901.01, or any other representative of the Fire Department, Building Department, City Engineer or any other department of the City, County, or State government to inspect the premises of a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the law.
(b) No person shall refuse to permit a lawful inspection of the sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business.
