The owner shall maintain peace and quiet in and about the premises and location of any mechanical or electrical amusement device. Failure to do so shall constitute a nuisance and may be grounds for revocation of licenses. For purposes of this section, a nuisance shall be defined as any disturbance of the peace, as set forth in Section 648.05 of the General Offenses Code.
