(a) No person shall disturb the good order and quiet within the City limits of Olmsted Falls by clamors or noises, by intoxication, drunkenness, fighting, quarreling, wrangling, committing assault, assault and battery, using obscene or profane language, or operating excessive sound amplification devices on any street, highway, alley, parking lot, driveway, residential business or commercial property or otherwise violate the public or private peace by indecent and disorderly conduct, or by lewd and lascivious behavior.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02. (Ord. 68-2000. Passed 10-24-00.)
