Whoever violates Section 810.01(a) or (b) shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than ten days, or both. Whoever violates Section 810.01(c) shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
