Pursuant to Section 406.07, and upon recommendation of the Chief of Police, parking shall not be permitted on the following streets:
(a) On the east side of Columbia Road, between Water Street, north to Cook Road.
(b) On Orchard Street, from Mill Street to Bagley Road.
(c) Within the designated limits of the school zone for Falls Lennox School.
(d) On Columbia Road, from Adam Street to Tyndall Falls Drive (east side).
(e) On Mill Street, from Columbia Road to Brookside Road (north side).
