EDITOR'S NOTE: Olmsted Falls Ordinance 941, passed March 26, 1951, authorized the establishment of a County-Wide Civil Defense Organization and appropriated the contribution of the then Village of Olmsted Falls to that Organization.
Resolution 22-78, passed March 28, 1978, authorized the formation of the Cuyahoga County-Wide Disaster Services Agency.
